Our September Punjabi Masterclass is a homage to The Punjab. This large region of the Indian sub-continent is influenced by a variety of cooking styles and techniques. In this class we teach you how to prepare a selection of our favourite Punjabi dishes. Learn how to make delicious char-grilled meats and curries cooked in sizzling karahis. Chicken Jalfrezi and Lamb Karahi are two classic curries that are totally different but equally delicious. You will also prepare an authentic chaat inspired by the tasty street food of this abundant region.

<h2>What Will You Learn?</h2>
This class begins with a traditional Samosa Chaat. This street food snack is prepared with fresh pomegranate, coriander and tamarind chutney. The other starters are char-grilled but can be cooked on a BBQ or under an oven grill at home. Traditionally such barbecued meats are cooked in a Tandoor oven which is a popular method of cooking in the Punjab.
The main courses are classic Northern Indian dishes that can be easily cooked on a gas or electric hob at home. This class is as hands on as possible so you will have your own cooking station and get to prepare each dish. Please note that our chefs will cook the naan breads due to the training needed to use the tandoor oven. Instructions on how to prepare breads at home will be provided.

You’ll also learn how to make an authentic street food inspired chaat and delicious curries cooked in sizzling karahis. Includes three starters, two main courses, and two sides.

This Zouk Signature Dishes July class features some of the restaurants most popular a la carte dishes. We often get asked by customers how to prepare each of the dishes and although each dish is quite different, they do offer a unique menu with each dish complimenting the other. The class includes three starters, one classic curry and an authentic biryani.
<h2>What Will You Learn?</h2>

We often get asked by customers how to prepare each of these, so come along to hone your skills and wow your friends and family with an authentic feast made at home. The class includes six delicious grill recipes, plus two ultimate summer salads and classic accompanying sauces.

This class begins with a discussion around spices and traditional flavours with our experienced chefs. All dishes in this course are char-grilled but can be cooked on a BBQ or under an oven grill at home. Our chefs will share tips and tricks for creating perfect hand-formed Seekh Kebabs at home and our Chicken Tikka makes a totally more-ish starter.  Any of the offerings in this session can be served as simple starters or as part of more filling mains. This class is as hands on as possible, so you will have your own cooking station and get to prepare each dish.
