Zouk is looking for Bar Manager to work at our vibrant Manchester Restaurant. This person will be responsbile for managing the bar staff, ordering stock and designing new cocktails and menus.  Experience of working in a busy bar environment is essential.  Knowledge of wines and the ability to create cocktails is also required.  The successfull candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends and must have experience of managing a team.  Experience of sales and working to targets is also essential along with outstanding customer service skills and a friendly manner and presence.
