Our half day cooking courses will spice up your home kitchen and add a little energy and zest to your recipe book. This exciting cookery school teaches curry enthusiasts how to recreate some of Zouk’s favourite dishes, with hands on practical tuition and a step by step guide to follow at home.
We’ve found that our customers love our curries so much that they want to impress friends and family by being able to rustle up some of their favourites at home in their own kitchen. And its not only regular diners who share our passion, the cooking school attracts people from as far afield as London, Cumbria and Scotland. We welcome everyone no matter what your level of cooking ability, from the complete novice to the trained chef.
On our courses you will learn how to prepare and cook two starters, two main courses, a rice or side dish and either a nann or roti bread. To make the course as interesting as possible and very hands on, we make sure every participant gets to marinate the food, prepare the ingredients and cook the dishes. We even have a helpline number should you have any tricky moments once back in your home kitchen.
Dishes for each course are carefully chosen so that our students get an idea of the tastes and properties the different herbs and spices used infuse in each dish. And the best bit.... at the end of the cooking everybody sits down to share the food and enjoy what they have prepared and cooked.

Try a team building day with a difference and enjoy some delicious cuisine at the same time at Zouk Manchester.
The Corporate Cooking Class Package is available from Monday to Wednesday at our Manchester Restaurant. All packages are bespoke but on average activites start at 10am and finish at 2pm. From 2pm to 4pm our Mezzanine floor area is available for brainstorming, planning strategy or any other activities your group wishes to run themselves to finish off the day.
