Zouk cookery school is a half day cooking class run from Zouk Manchester. It was set up after we received many comments from customers who wanted a better understanding of Pakistani & Indian cuisine, so we thought why not get our chefs to show people how to cook this fabulous cuisine. The Zouk Indian cookery classes have been designed for both novices and more experienced cooks so theres something for everyone!

Our classes give you the chance to learn how to cook authentic Indian/Pakistani food with Zouk Manchester's General Manager, Neil who works with our international top chefs. During the class you will prepare authentic grilled starters along, beautiful curries and popular sides such as pilau rice and naan breads. When you have finished cooking, there will be a live demonstration of how to make the perfect naan breads from our Tandoor oven.

The best part of the day is sampling the delights of your menu that you have worked so hard to create!
