Taste of the Sea

Ingredients:

Fillet of Sea Bass
1 tablespoon of Mustard
1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
The juice of half a Lemon
Half a teaspoon of Chilli Powder
2 tablespoons Mustard Oil
Salt to taste

Method:

First, make a marinade from all the ingredients and place onto the fish.
Leave for 30 minutes.

To keep the fish from drying out the traditional Indian method is to cook in a Sagri Grill (water based grill) for 7 and a half minutes.

At home you can wrap the fish in tin foil and either bake or barbecue.

Serve with salad and rice.
