Traditional home made shami kebab Quality minced lamb & channa dall (lentils) cooked with herbs & spices, roughly pounded in a pestal & mortar, handmade into patties & final shallow fried.
Mali Tikki Finest chicken breast marinated in cream & gentle herbs & spices, then char grilled over hot coals.
Barbeque Lamb Chops Spicy lamb chops cooked over charcoal grill.

All main courses accompanied with Jeera Mutter Pillau - Finest aromatic Basmati rice cooked with cumin seeds & tender garden peas, plus Naans baked in our clay oven
