New Vegetarian Cooking Classes
Zouk is expanding its Cooking Scool to offer vegetarian courses in time for National Vegetarian Month.
Since the launch of the cooking school at the beginning od the year, the demand fand popularity of these hands on Zouk cooking classes has grown and grown. Recently Zouk had to increase the frequency from monthly to fortnightly classes to cope with the number of bookings. Next year the school will expand further offering new Vegetraian classes and a speciality seafood class.
Zouk Chairman Amjad Bashir commented 'The school was something my daughter Habiba developed when she joined the business as she felt there were a lot of people like her who would love to learn how to cook some of their favourite Zouk dishes from scratch. It has been a fabulous way of sharing our passion for food with our customers and the cooking school has gone from strength to strength.'
Habiba added 'We have been asked many times if we could offer a specific vegetarian class or a seafood class but we wanted to wait until the time was right. Now that we have increased the frequency of the classes we are excited that from early next year we will be able to add both vegetarian classes and seafood classes to our cooking school programme.'
The dates of the new seafood classes are yet to be confirmed but the first Vegetarian class is scheduled for 19th May 2011, during National Vegetarian month. For further information or to book on a class click here.
